Good afternoon all, it's been raining here all morning.

The bathroom decorating is almost done, John's just putting down some new flooring. We went to Ikea yesterday and got some new towels.

I've been doing some housework this morning, this afternoon we need to visit my parents. Love them but every visit is like Groundhog Day

Afternoon all, it's dull and damp here but no rain - yet! My day started with a cold shower it appeared that the thermostat had been knocked off its setting - we had noticed that the water was not as hot as it should be the last week or so. Mr Osc reset it, so hopefully it is all ok now. He is still improving but very low on energy, he was watching the golf from Dubai but has gone back to bed now. He'll get up again later. I've been out to make a hair appointment for next week, and also get some milk. Then I made a batch of soup and had my lunch. I think I'll read my book and do my best to ignore the ironing

PP where do you live that you can walk into town, are you in Belfast? Don't forget if you would like a day out, there are regular trains to Dublin and someone here happy to meet up for lunch
