Our friends Toni & Pete are flying over for a long weekend and staying with us. :Hi: :Hi:

They're due to land at 4pm so Don's going to drop me at homework club then go and pick them up from the airport. :D

I'll meet them all in Jose's at 6.40 prompt!

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all :)
Another gorgeous one here, frosty cars and sunshine :)

I shall be going to art, having missed two weeks, and Bb will be here for cooker delivery.

Have a fab time with your friends Ally, and what a civilized flight time :)

Hope everyone has a good day

morning all and happy happy Friday :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Ally have a fab time with your friends and hope the day whizzes by
Di, enjoy the art and yay to the cooker delivery.

It was a lovely sunny start to the day as well but now clouding over. Apparently expecting a bit of rain / sleet later on?

A usual/usual for me - I love having Friday nights at home and even better there's nothing in the diary this weekend so I have the whole weekend to do just what I want and when I want

Have a lovely day everyone x

Good morning!

It's a lovely sunny one here, cold but not frosty.

It was great to get out early with Billy and not be stopped by rain. We had a lovely long walk, and the mornings are certainly getting lighter; I was able to do without my torch after a short while.

Tom's back shortly, he starts work at 2 today so will come here for his car first. Joe's in college all day and wants me to cut his hair when he gets home.

Ive just put a load of washing out on the line and there's a load of towels just finishing off in the machine now.

Have a good day all!

Morning all :)

Safe flight to your friends All :) Agreeing with Di, that is a very civilised time for a flight - when we go to Greece the times seem to be either very early or very late

Di, have a good time at art :D We'll be looking at new hobs for D soon as she needs a new one!

Hi Ria, TGI Friday! :Hi:

Same here Jo, nice and bright! :)

B has the day off - she's working tomorrow - so is coming food shopping with D and me. She's very handy for reaching the top shelves :cute:  It was Harry's 18th birthday yesterday, I spoke to him last night and he'd had a good day both at college and at his job at Brightlights where the kids sang Happy Birthday to him, and they'd made him a cake :D He's grown into a lovely young man.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning everyone. Bright and sunny here but still very cold. Nothing much planned for today. A pop to Tesco first and then a walk perhaps. I need to get to the charity shop with George's things which have been lying on the bed for more than a week now. I've been putting it off because I want to go through my own wardrobes and clear away lots of things I never wear.

Enjoy your time with your visitors Ally.

Happy new cooker Di. I'm looking at U3A groups and art is one of the ones that might be for me.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all - PP, the weather at the other end of the M1 is similar to yours, sunny and cold but we have had frost. Gym this morning and we hope to go dancing tonight if Mr Osc feels up to it, he is still low on energy after the flu. Off to sort out some washing and tidy up before I go out.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny but very cold, at least that's what E tells me and I'm taking his word for it

Hope your cooker arrives on time Di, bet you can't wait to try it out.

Safe flight to your friends Ally, enjoy the weekend.

We're not doing anything today, E was quite sore by the time we got home yesterday so we'll be taking it easy. I'll give Matthew a ring later to see if there's any improvement with the bed situation.

Have a good day :D

Afternoon everyone

I have risen from my sick-bed and ended up on the sofa.

Blowing a hooly here and going to gt quite cold.

Poor Grumpy is being nurse, cook washer-up and putter outer of washing. Now he know what it feel like, before he just laughed at

Thanks Saundra, a little. Don't want a repeat of Wednesday night.

Have a gret time with your friends Ally and everyone enjoy the rest of the day.
