Sunny but a bit colder with highs of only 15 until Sunday when normal service will be resumed.

A jolly good power walk first, back to get ready then walking into town...I've suddenly run out of essentials.

Work 4 - 9 then home to watch the last episode of Next of Kin.

Hospital for us today, appointment is 12 but it will be long after that.

Good morning all, we've woken to a thin layer of snow which has frozen. It's too icy to attempt a walk just yet.

I'm also waiting for an Amazon parcel, Joe ordered some cables yesterday for delivery today but as of yet they've not been dispatched so I'm doubtful that they'll be here.

I've got ironing to do as some of yesterday's washing hadn't dried on the line so it's been on the airer overnight. I'll give the kitchen and bathrooms a steam clean too.

I'm just watching Frasier while having breakfast. Sad to see that John Mahoney has died, he was wonderful as Martin Crane.

Hope the appointment goes well Di, and that you finally get the cooker! xx

Jo, no snow here thank goodness Hope it's not coming our way I was sad to see that too, Frasier is one of my favourite ever comedies.

I had a riotten night, I've had glands up on one side of my neck since last week, and now quite nasty shoulder pain that kept waking me up! Am dosed up on paracetamol now and will see how it goes. Out in a bit, into town, then up to see D for our usual Tuesday lunch of soup

Gorgeous morning - from inside Blowing a hooley, straight from the Estrella mountains, and they've got snow on them We'll have a couple of hours of real warmth,then we're back to -2C tonight

Bit more cleaning for me - I'm limiting myself to 2 things a day at the moment. Then we're being People Wot Do Art this afternoon A friend has an exhibition at the local library - not to be sniffed at in these parts - and today is the opening day and we've promised to be there. So will half the local estrangeiros I expect All for a free glass of cheap plonk

We'll do the supermarket shop on the way back and have a coffee too.

Morning all, sunny and very cold here, currently +2 out there. We had a bit of gentle snow last night, but it didn't stick. There was frost though, and the golf course is closed, so no golf for Mr Osc. Instead we are off to the cinema this afternoon to see The Post. I have just had a text to say that my new dance shoes have arrived in the local post office, so I'll pop up and collect them in a few minutes. Stay warm everyone!
