Morning Ally :D , morning all

A sunny grey (if that makes sense) morning here and at 8am I think we've reached the expected maximum temperatures for the day; a whopping 4 degrees

Had a really productive day yesterday; went to DFS to have a look at a specific sofa bed and was ready to sign on the dotted line when they told me it'd be a 13 week delivery which just wouldn't work as I really wanted it by the time my mom comes over for her 80th party. The sales guy said they have another which has a 5 week delivery but it would be a bit more - I knew exactly which one they were talking about because its the one I really really wanted but just balked at the cost. Well needless to say, we all know about the year long winter / summer sale DFS have and they have 0% interest free repayments so may as well make use of it. So sofa arrives in 5 or so weeks; mom will be superbly comfortable which is the main thing, and total cost per month is less than a bottle of prosecco in most London restaurants

Today, I'm heading to Surbiton to meet up with friends for lunch - so a perfect Sunday

Have a lovely day all xxx

Ria with 0% interest it's well worth it :)

Grey here too, with hints of watery sun, doesn't seem so cold but I have a thick sweatshirt on.
Sausage baguette for brunch, winter Olympics, some washing and h-word, and deciding on dinner all to be done.
W/rose have a Chinese meal deal, might try and see if I fancy that.

Hope you all have a good day whatever you're up to

Morning everyone

Foggy

Well worth the extra Ria, especially at 0%

Car washing and cleaning inside to be done this morning, then sick person visiting, with some of last nights food and a a couple of bowls of my stew. Also need to borrow his sack-truck.

This afternoon, we're off the Steve's, as he's going to do a plan on his computer for the new bedroom and en-suite. We've tweaked our plans a little, bit extra work, knocking a wall down and building another, but I think it makes a big difference. Work will probably start next month, so that gives us time to sort out the utility and pantry and also clear out the car port.

Stew for dinner, so no cooking :Hi: :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good Morning all,
What a glorious morning. Not a cloud in the sky and Springlike.
Been awake for hours trying to sort out a colour scheme for the new
Wet room. At the moment i think i like Pale Grey Tiles and Royal Blue floor
and paintwork.
Any ideas???
Don wants to stick to just white but that is boring.

Good morning all.

It's a grey morning here, but it's dry and not too cold.
We are off into town soon, to stretch our legs and have a look round the shops for bargains.

Hope you are all O.K. Have a nice day.

Morning all :)

Have a nice restful day Ally, and I'll be watching those too with Call The Midwife in between :D

Stew sounds nice Jan 8-)

Treat yourselves to the meal deal Di, as a reward for the H word stuff ;) :)

Ria that sounds like a good deal 8-)

Lissie, blue and grey sounds nice, I agree about all white, it can be a bit clinical xx

Ooh fingers crossed for J's new house Saundra :D xx

It's grey here, but it doesn't really matter on a Sunday as we spend most of it indoors. Out for the papers in a minute, then tellybox stuff, then I have a mind to give our bedroom and en suite a really good going over! Mick and B can put dinner on - probably lamb chops or something else simple :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx
