For all those techno questions

Pale Moon.

No, I haven't gone all "hippy" or anything. It is a new Internet browser.

If you have read VV Feedback you will have seen me having problems. As part of my attempts to solve them I came across Pale Moon from here: http://www.palemoon.org/

Why am I telling you? Well, because it is superb and v. fast.

I have always been a fan of Opera and a Chrome clone called Comodo Dragon, and not too keen on IE or Firefox, but this is different. It is Firefox based, but optimised for speed. Coupled with three add-ons - Tab Mix Plus, Adblock Plus and No Script, all from here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/ it is as good as things get.

Just saying..... ;) :D

I got old.

and boring.

I have used IE since 2.0 and been happy with it. I've always hated Netscape and Firefox (developed by most of the Netscape team), does nothing for me.

I'll stick with IE. They've shipped 10 for windows7 now so I'm happy.

I tried, I really did, with IE, but...

Ah well, it's good we're all different. I used to love Netscape Navigator.

I guess it's what we grew up with. I grew up with people who LOVED wordperfect for DOS. I used to watch them and they spent 25% of their time writing the document and 75% of their time in the formatting window "fixing" stuff. I, on the other hand, spent 95% of my time in Word for Windows, writing documents and 5% of my time accepting that some things just couldn't be done......

Such is life....
