Off for a run soon and back for a few hours of pootling which will include painting my nails.

Homework club 4.30 - 6.30 and that's me off until 5th March as it's Semana Blanca (white week.)

Meeting Don and the gang for usual beers and tapas.

Very cold, bright and beautiful out there, frosty cars, and set to get colder with the weather coming from the arctic and Siberia. Dry though!

Well I slept not too badly, the pain is still there but I'm not pacing the floor wimpering with it, so another few nights with the magic pills should see it off.
No art for me today as it's our support group, I'd forgotten as it's such a short month.

My work news was a promotion to assistant manager.

There's Boss Lady, manager and now me.

I'm loving the power...first a mod and now this!

Just checked the parentals Jet2 booking and on Monday I can print off their boarding passes and get them in the post to them!! Only 4 weeks till they come out!

A rather nippy start to the day - it was -5 according to the car thermometer. Nice when you don't have to rush off anywhere but it's those 5 or so minutes extra you need to defrost the car so you can get to the station that completely throws my schedule I think I have enough time and before you know it, I'm running late

Sort of usual / usual for me - Friday = work lunch and then after work I need to go to the shops to get stuff for tomorrow. Charity Quiz Night and we need to take a picnic; so I'm going to get the bits and bobs I'm taking.

I've taken Billy for a long walk, surprisingly there was quite a number of people around this morning. We usually see no one. Tom's back later to pick up his car for work, not sure what time though. I've asked but had no reply to my text (which isn't unusual with Tom ). I don't think Joe has any plans today.

These will be for the new en-suite Kaz - but I'm also working on the current bathroom floor

We'll be having a wet-room, with small basin and the loo will be in what is now the utility room. Just loosing a little bit of space in there means more room in the bedroom. I envisage tiles in the shower part, on the floor throughout and a couple over the basin - all the same, if I can
