Good morning all, it's sunny here and ever so cold.

I took Billy out earlier, we'd been out for around 90 minutes when I got a text from John wondering whereabouts we were so that he could come and meet us - cue one very excited dog when he saw him in the distance, he ran ahead and I think he almost knocked John over when he got to him

Joe's gone to work, Tom's off shortly too. I think we're going to Stafford this afternoon and then seeing as it's just the two of us for dinner we're going to have a chippy tea for a change :Hi:

Hope the pain soon eases Di xx

Have a good day all!

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for nerve pain, it's not like taking a painkiller and it's gone.
Paracetamol and ibuprofen take the edge off it, but it is making me uncharacteristically a bit miserable.

Ton hope you're doing the yoga exercises specifically for sciatic pain xx

No Di, but I'm doing a lot of walking around and not sitting down too often.

If I tried to get on the floor, I wouldn't be able to get back up

Good afternoon all.

We've been into town shopping this morning, but it' was so cold, and both my hands are swollen, and extremely painful.
The painkillers I'm taking don't seem to make a bit of difference. I cannot make out why on some days the pain is much
worse than on others. Still, at least I can walk about all right, and I do enjoy walking. (Pardon my moaning).

Hope you are all O.K.
