May 1st!

It's a public holiday here so I'm not at work later. After a walk and swim we're going to visit mum and dad and have lunch on the coast with them.

Might pop out tonight to Jose's to have a beer or two.

We have a painter coming today to do the back bedroom, I need to get some cash out to pay him.

Shopping to do, maybe go and see the baby.

The rain and wind stopped finally about 8pm last night!!
A lovely day today and washing out already.
Now to clear all the debris from the paths--what a mess the wind and rain make.
Had a bad night`s sleep and woken up with IBS and feel yuck.
Hope Jen makes it home today.

Good morning all, it is clouding over quite quickly here and there is lots of rain forecast for later. We are up a little earlier than usual as we are going shopping. Mr Osc is thinking about getting himself a new ipad, and I am looking for Spring shoes, I never have the right shoes for this time of year. We will probably have lunch out to avoid cooking tonight. This requires going to a shopping centre slightly further away than the one we usually use.

Hope Jen feels a real improvement today. Di, careful of your back, it's awful when it "goes" doing something perfectly normal

Good morning all, it's sunny here but still quite cool and we had frost first thing.

I'm currently waiting for a parcel to be delivered and I need to run over to the Co Op at some point. It's John's 50th birthday today and I need to get him a cake or the ingredients to make one if the parcel comes early enough.

Kaz, walking is so much nicer when the sun shines isn't it! It was lovely out first thing, especially now the leaves are on the trees and the birds are chirping away.

Di, I hope your back eases soon!
