It hasn't arrived. We intend to go to the shop on Monday and get our money back.

We went into the shop again this morning and played our faces.

Surprise, surprise. When we got back home, the item had arrived.

I intend now to write a strongly-worded letter of complaint to Head Office, telling them they should use another carrier in future.

Needless to say, we wont be using that shop again.
