Dull and miserable here, we could do with some of your warm weather Ally.

Not much happening today, E's popping into town this morning, we need fruit, veg and a few other bits to get us through the weekend. Providing it doesn't rain, I'll be doing my usual walks.

Morning everyone

Misty start but the sun will be out to play later

Washing machine on and Grumpy's hand is much better - that mercy mission dash back to Ourique worked

I'll be stripping the broad bean pkants later and will spend, no doubt, most of the day blanching and freezing. I'll also be making a broad bean stew, with 4 different chorizo's, pork loin and presunto, white wine, lots of garlic and onions.

The sun is up but there is a wind which meant I had to have a coat on when I walked for the paper.
More gardening today.Lots of weeds have grown while we have been away. Cut the lawn yesterday.
Going out tomorrow as we do not want to watch the wedding.

Good morning all, it's sunny but quite cool here.

Billy's had his walk, I avoided where the fire was because it'll be a bit soggy from the hoses I should imagine. John cycled into work just after we'd left and he wakes Joe just before he goes at 7 but I always text him a short while later to check that he's not gone back to sleep, I then make sure that we get back in time to see him off. He said this morning though that depending on today and Tuesday and how much work they get done, they may get to finish college for the year next week.

I'm fighting off the cold I seem to have caught off Joe. I've had a sore throat for a couple of days but now I'm sniffly. I've been using First Defence as it usually works well for me but have been having a horrible reaction to it this time each use so I've had to give up on it. It's only been a problem in one nostril but as soon I squirt it the pain in my eye and head is tremendous and yesterday morning after using it the pain didn't subside for two hours

Kaz, do you recommend the M&S nail polishes? I used an Essie one last weekend which was gorgeous, it's called Chubby Cheeks.

Di, I hope you feel up to going for coffee xx

Saundra, you've got a full day tomorrow! We'll just be watching the football. I need to get some pizzas in the morning to chuck in the oven at half time.

Good morning all, another nice day here although a bit more cloudy. Off to the gym soon, but first will ring my sister to wish her Happy Birthday, then I'll pop up to the shops for a few bit. Miss Osc is having an early afternoon tea tomorrow for sister's birthday and the Wedding, which we will watch together, so that will be fun. Dancing tonight.
