Going to be a scorcher here, and as it's Monday it's WW, of course. I seem to either have a bit of a cold, or more likely a touch of hayfever as the pollen is VH here Have dosed myself up, so am sure I'll be fine

We've had just the best time here. Conor & and Lucia met us for lunch yesterday and Jacob sent a WhatsApp from Barcelona.

We're going out for a walk along the beach and breakfast then heading home around one.

Tree had been dead for a few years and we do have loads of really big trees on the estate

It is really warm here. The forecast was for clouds, colder than yesterday and showers; but it is really warm and close. I'm a bit stiff, think I overdid the garden work yesterday. The car is in for a service and it's MOT so fingers crossed for that.

We're off to the cinema later to see Avengers: Infinity War, very excited. Thought we'd missed it on the big screen as it came out the week I went into hospital, so pleased it's still showing.

Good morning all, it's warm and sunny here.

The washing is out on the line, I'll get that ironed later. I'll give the house it's post-weekend clean too. Billy had an early walk, he chose a different route for us this morning We'll walk him again later this evening when it's hopefully cooled down a bit.

We had a nice night out last night although Wetherspoon's was very hit or miss; many of the drinks were unavailable, including cider. We had one drink there before heading over to the little real ale pub across the road from there. It's not anything special in there but it's a really friendly place. Should've just gone there first really. Afterwards we walked around the corner to the road we used to live on, got a cone of chips each from the chippy and ate them as we walked home through the woods

We have now got workmen altering the two door steps to make
it easier for Don to get in and out!!!
He is certainly being looked after.
Happy birthday other Don.
Daughter, SIL, 2 grandaughters and their husbands are on their
way to Mexico on holiday.

Another Grandaughter`s birthday tomorrow--nearly forgot but just
been to get card and gift voucher. For some reason i thought it was in
July. Old age is certainly catching up with me.
