Problem with my phone

My phone decided I had to log in to facebook.
Entered what I was pretty sure was the password but I got 'oops, something went wrong, check your account information and try again'.

Rather a lot of tries later (no reset password option), I logged onto the desktop and reset the password, then logged out and back in to test it. Fine.
But still not on the phone...same message, and no reset option.

I wouldn't be bothered, but this is the way I normally post photos onto fb.
Otherwise I have to plug the phone into the desktop, upload the photos, then go to fb, browse photos...a right palaver.

Anyone got any ideas of what I can do?
Google assumes a reset password option...

Oh no Di...it's so frustrating when something like that, something which looks like it should be easy to resolve, fails to work

I'm having problems with my Flightradar app which I love, for two weeks now its been showing no flights whatsoever and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a number of times but the problem persists.

Di, daft question, but are you trying to log onto FB via the phone internet browser or via the App? I've had it before that if I go via the internet I need to re-enter the password and had issues; but if I go via the App it all works fine

This is via the app Ria, the way I usually get in.
But I have also tried via internet explorer, got nowhere as the keyboard won't stop vibrating, jumping up and down at speed!

Have you tried uninstalling FB on your phone and reinstalling it? Or tried switching your phone off completely and then back on again?

I've tried the off/on Gal, but can't find how to uninstall, I think it was pre-loaded.
Have managed to post two photos via internet explorer - I think - but it's not responding other than a new post. I can't get to any groups, for instance, or access the notifications...

you should be able to go into settings, then apps and then uninstall... then once that is done go to the playstore and reinstall it

Oh how odd! Sorry, I was going to suggest rebooting your phone, as Gal already did. Can ask Mick later, if you like, if it isn't sorted by then?

It's a Microsoft lumia, a windows phone.

That seems complicated....I don't know how other phones work but on my iPhone I hold the home button down until all the apps wiggle, and then press the cross top right of the app I want to uninstall, and bingo - it's gone.
