Good morning all.

Would love some rain. While I like long, bright days I really don't like heat. We're going to have to miss the Dogs Trust open day this year too, it's on Sunday and the forecast for Shrewsbury is 29c :? It's such a shame and I suspect we won't be the only ones, it'll mean that they probably won't raise as much money as they usually do :(

Tom's all unpacked and we've got a couple of boxes to take to the charity shop at some point over the weekend.

Crommers, enjoy the holiday! Can't see you relaxing much though

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Sad news Di, hope you make the meeting.

Have a great holibob crommers.

We've had a lazy lie in, I overdid it yesterday and had to take painkillers when we got back home. Hoping to pop into town later, need to collect my prescription and it will be good to see how I cope with the uneven cobble style paving. Don't intend to do too much though, we'll go in the car and I'll take my crutch just to be on the safe side.

Have a good day :D

Glad you were able to make it Di xx

Done 5 machine loads of washing - winter jackets etc, then did a load of ironing, made a curry and just took 2 flans out of the oven.

Steve still playing with the plumbing for the loo and shower. Once he has gone, into the pool :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Jo, they really ought to cancel it, it's far too hot for them. Very sensible of you to reconsider, I would definitely do the same.

Mick and I have a dance morning tomorrow, but are thinking of pulling out! I went to Pilates last night, it was a struggle, even with all the doors and windows open - and the village hall will be just as bad tomorrow. You need a venue with air con in this heat.
