Morning all...…..almost

Bright and sunny, but a bit windy. We haven't had the very high temperatures here so far.

Managed well in town yesterday, thought it safest to use the crutch in some areas, but overall walked quite well. The hip really isn't the issue now, it does get stiff and a bit sore if I overdo it but that's to be expected. The big problem is still the ankle. I'm doing the exercises physio recommended and using voltarol cream when we go out, but it's not improving  :(

No plans for today, just the usual washing and house stuff.

Have a good day :D

Hopefully, your ankle will improve, once you're walking normally Jen xx

Afternoon all, another gorgeous day although there is a nice cooling onshore breeze. I spent time out in the sun today, really enjoyed just relaxing and I finished my book. For the last hour, we have been discussing and pricing another possible holiday  I am going to tackle some ironing - as much as I can fit in before dinner, which might not be a lot :cute: Long may this lovely weather continue 8-)

So sorry to hear you are still having problems, Jen. It is so important to keep walking if you can.

Perhaps your doctor could give you some pain-killers. I take paracetamol and codine tablets regularly, which enables me to keep up my daily walking,
in spite of my arthritis. If I cut down on walking, I do feel much worse.

Hope you feel better soon.
