I think I might have to change my name to cruisingagain 
We have booked a cruise on the Queen Victoria in mid-September from Rome to Venice. We thought about it when we were on QM2 but the sales office on board was not that helpful. We were keen to do it because none of the Queens will be doing anything similar, looking as far ahead as 2020. We talked it through thoroughly yesterday, had a look at the finances, then looked at the website of the company with whom we booked last time. The cruise is pretty full but this company was showing two cabins available. Bottom line......phoned them this morning and did it! It is so near that we had to pay in full 
We will be calling to Corfu and Kotor, both of which we visited on last year's cruise, but also Dubrovnik and an overnight in Venice. Plus of course, a proper ballroom with dancing every night
