We had a lovely day sat in the garden yesterday, will be doing more of the same today.

It didn't last long Jo - everything is as dry as a bone again.

We don't normally get rain from April until at least the end of September.

Steve has just turned up, so is hopefully finishing off the plumbing work.

Afternoon all, wall to wall sunshine here, but a lovely breeze too. I changed the bed this morning and got the sheets/duvet cover washed and out on the line. Then went to the gym, after which I came home and have been doing bits and bobs ever since. We are into a second week of road works on our street, replacing the water pipes, so it is very noisy with the windows open as they have to be, and it is not worthwhile dusting at all (I am heartbroken that I can't dust ) I need to pop up to the post office, and really should do some more ironing.
