Keeping it simple is often the best option.

A confusion of too many different tastes is not a good idea, in my opinion.

I have even bought a garlic and mayo squirty thing for salads/chips/spuds 8-)

Alioli is so delicious and so easy to make.

We've nearly always got some homemade (by Don :D) in a tupperware dish in the fridge... although Mercadona do a gorgeous one if we run out. :cute:

It was lovely and it went down very well. Mainly salad cream, but a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and a tablespoon on natural yoghurt plus chives and black pepper
