Doesn-t the paint dry too quick in the heat Ally? We couldn-t have our wall done 2 years ago, because Heldar said it was too hot.

Lovely breeze and sun now 8-) 8-)

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Physio went well, I've got a few more exercises specifically for the ankle. He says to concentrate on that now. I've swapped my crutch for a walking stick, much easier to use. Will only need it for very uneven surfaces as a confidence aide.

Weekly shopping for us, M&S and Tesco.

Have a good day :D

It doesn't appear to be Jan. They primed it all first then applied paint with latex - way over my head but they've been doing it for years so know what they're doing. ;)

They've just finished all the terracotta now which looks lovely against the white. And it really shows up the blue and white tiles. :D :D

Afternoon all, it started off overcast but the sun soon broke through and it has been lovely ever since. Not the usual Thursday with the children, Michael went off to soccer camp at 10.15 and Kellie was collected at 2.15 by Miss Osc's friend and her boyfriend, they are over from Australia and L wanted to spend time with the children. So they were collecting Michael from soccer too, bringing them to a really big playground a few miles away and then out for tea.

Hubby is watching the Irish Open golf from Donegal, it looks extra gorgeous in this wonderful weather. The roadworks in the street outside are still driving me mad, but they are gradually moving up the street so maybe this is the last week of it (then I will have to dust every inch of the house!)

It's too hot to go to Pilates this evening, well over 80 and humid  I've made my excuses ;) I've done my 10k steps, in this heat that's more than enough ;)

Ally, the dress/converse combo will see you right ;)

Jen, that's great :)

Waves "Hi" to everyone else, I'm too hot and tired to reply to everyone

I've just spent an hour and a half in the garage, sorting through all that Tom's put in there. It's like a sauna in there but there's now a large pile for the charity shop which we'll drop in tomorrow, some electricals to go out with the household waste next time that's emptied and a load of broken down cardboard for the recycling collection on Tuesday.

Tom had a call to see if he could work today so he's just gone in, not so long today - 5pm-2am.

Kaz, I don't blame you! It's far too hot for Pilates.

Hi all! I am now on HOLIDAY until 23rd so WOOOOHOOOOO!!! :D :D :D 8-) 8-) 8-)

I'm not impressed however that after a gorgeous start to the day, it is now cloudy and quite windy. It better go back to sunshine and clear blue skies!! I didn't order this!! I hope the sun and warmth comes back again - quick!!! Kaz it's a shame you don't have these temps - it'll be lucky if it's 17!!

So Thursday means it is Aquafit - not seen Anne my friend for three weeks so we had a long catch up chat over coffee, didn't leave the leisure centre till nearly 1!! Did a spot of grocery shopping which included getting a key cut for Yvonne, our newbie at work! Popped down to give it to her after I'd got back and had some lunch, and walked back the long way.

Last night Jen came over, and we, plus my sister, went to the quiz, we had a meal and a catch up as I've not seen either of them for ages! Seeing Jen again next week as she's going to Alnwick Castle with me to see Nile Rodgers!! 8-) Beyond excited!! :D :D :D She'll stay at the caravan with us overnight and on the Thursday she's suggested we go to a village a little way off Boulmer called Felton as there is a nice place to go for afternoon tea - something to look forward to as well!

Have a lovely evening everyone xx

Gal it was high 80s (in old money) this afternoon, and humid as hell. I can usually take the heat, but today was too much  Sorry you aren't having sunshine though :(

I'm a bit worried tonight, Chris has been in A&E this evening, his leg again. He's been sent home but the DVT might be back :( Scan tomorrow :(
