Good morning all, I realised I didn't check in properly over the weekend - I actually started to yesterday but Shannon had stayed this weekend and just at that point she came down to the kitchen so we sat chatting and I didn't properly get back online after that apart from a few quick Facebook and Instagram checks.

The second load of washing is about to finish, the first lot is on the line. I'll get that all ironed when it's dry. Tom and Joe are both still sleeping.

Kaz, yesterday was unbearable here. We were saying that it was the worst we could remember. I don't really remember much of 1976 apart from the number of grass fires around here, all Summers were warm and sunny back then weren't they, or at least that's how it seemed

Very well done to Harry!

Ally, enjoy your meal!

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Hot and sunny here 8-)

Well done Harry, enjoy your proud mummy moment Kaz :D :D

Sounds like you're having a great time Ally.

We've been very lazy and had a nice long lie in, only just eating brekkie  We'll be popping out to the shops later, we need more fruit and salad stuff, much too hot to be cooking.

Have a good day :D

Good afternoon all. Just back from the dentist's where I have had two thingies implanted into my upper jaw. It wasn't too bad at all really but I suppose it will be sore tomorrow. A cup of tea would be nice but I'm not allowed hot drinks for 24hrs I think it was.
I hope you are all enjoying your days.

Evening all, bit late on parade today. We had a good time at the charity Strictly on Saturday night and I had fun being a judge. We got home around 1.30pm yesterday as we had Michael and Kellie coming for dinner and a sleepover. It was very hot so we took them out for icecream - I certainly regretted getting Kellie an icecream that was bright blue as we spent the next twenty minutes mopping up and trying to keep it off her clothes - it was so hot out that it melted faster than she could lick it

They both slept ok, only one wakeup during the night, and it was nice that we could have a nice easy morning without having to rush them off to school. Eventually Mr Osc took Michael off to play pitch and putt, while Kellie and I scooted and strolled respectively, on the prom. It was a cloudy morning with a cool enough breeze, although the sun did come out in the afternoon. The men were home for lunch then Mr Osc took Michael to Starbucks while Kellie helped me strip their beds and generally tidy up their room. It was a busy day, but their mum collected them a little bit earlier than usual. After a lateish night Saturday and early starts yesterday and today, I think it will be an early night tonight!
