Cromwell, the blackberries are ripening in the common too. It's usually late Aug early Sept for them here. The bilberries have done nothing this year though, they looked really promising in the Spring too with lots of berries but the plants are all sunburnt to a crisp :(

Getting black here hope it rains and the wind has picked up :lol: yaay
we got a 20mins thunderstorms now it's drying up but more forecast for tonight and tomorrow

We had a shower, lasted all of 3 minutes!
First sight of rain since May though :)

Lightning strike this morning hit signals on main line between Doncaster and York people being advised not to travel no trains out of leeds

We've had a few rumbles of thunder and heavy rain lasting about 2 minutes but nothing substantial.

I expect that to change later on.....
