Good morning.

Scorchio. 8-) 8-)

A swim then walking into town to post a birthday card and get some bits from Mercadona.

I watched Eat Well For Less yesterday and they made a one pot chicken biryani so that's dinner tonight sorted.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning :)
A dull start, but after possible showers should brighten up, and the rest of the week is going to warm up again.

I watched that yesterday too Ally, the biryani did look good!

Last art session before summer break this morning. After a rubbish day yesterday I'm feeling better, so that will be followed by the hospital for blood test, last one for a while :)
Hope you all have a good day

Morning Ally, Di and everyone

The greyness is slowly going. First thing this morning was like winter  Cold, windy  But it should brighten up  ;)

Hive of activity here this morning. I've got the second load of washing in, first one on the line, done the watering, Jose Felipe turned up and is putting poles in for a new fence, all along the drive and Grumpy is putting the second coat of sealer on the outside walls.

Yaaay, the sun has just come out :Hi: :Hi:

Going into Ourique later, to find out how long the shower room tiles will be and to check the measurements, so Steve can cut out the shelf in the shower. Also need more compost and will drop off a prescription at the centro de saúde.

Think that's it ;)

Good luck with the bloods Di and enjoy art x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're going xx

Knew I'd forgotten something.

We're also going to order the window sill. Will try and match the existing marble, but if it's slightly different, no prob.

A couple of fluffy white cloud in an otherwise bright blue sky now - still a chilly wind though

Morning all :)

Ally, Di, I watched it yesterday too, and that biryani looked amazing 8-)

You sound very busy Jan :)

Running a bit late here this morning, so need to get a wriggle on! We have a new leader (or coach as they're now being called) she started last week, and those of us on the team are a bit unsure - she's a bit "by the book" and kept us there doing admin until nearly 12.30 :? Brenda used to do it at home herself, we're only volunteers, and apart from that the hall is only officially ours until 12  So we'll give it a few weeks to let her settle down, then see how things are......

Have a good day everyone :) xx

That does sound a bit officious of her Kaz.

Morning all. Grey and cool here. We've just had the first use of our new bird bath, by two sparrows. :)

Father in law to see to this morning, Salmon for tea and then off to the club tonight.

Have a good one everybody.

Morning all

Another lovely and busy weekend gone by far to fast; I really wish I could have another day just to catch up :D . We had the most wonderful rain all day yesterday; just the perfect soft drizzle that the garden was so desperate in need of.

Di good luck with your appointment Di and enjoy the art - glad you're feeling better x
Jan, hope everything that's going on gets done today; that sounds a very busy day
Kaz, do the leaders / coaches get paid for what they do? If yes then surely they should be the ones doing the admin and not you willing helpers? How much admin is it?
Ally and Crommers enjoy your days

Usual / usual for me - only difference is my colleague is away on holiday now for 2 weeks so I'm the only admin person here

Have a lovely day all x

Good morning all. It is dull here, and inclined to spit rain. However Mr Osc is heading off to play golf. I'll be going to the gym and maybe out for a cuppa afterwards. Otherwise, housey bits and pieces to be done.

Morning all :D

Started off with rain, but the sun's out now, hope it lasts for the rest of the day.

Good luck with the bloods Di xx

Had a good night, took a while to get off, but once I did slept like a log. Still a bit sore this morning but not as bad as yesterday, taken a couple of painkillers and hoping it eases off.

When E saw the practice nurse for his athletes foot she arranged a review appointment with the doctor to check on progress so that's where we'll be at 1.15. It does look a lot better, but it's not completely gone.

Afterwards we'll pop to the smaller Tesco for more fruit and salad stuff, intend to take it easy this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day :D
