Cooked it tonight and it was very nice, although a little runny, think might put a bit more rice in next time. Anyone know if I can freeze the remaining half?

Shell, it will freeze, but don't leave it out on the kitchen top for to long. Cool it as quickly as possible in the fridge then freeze it within a few hours at most. There are spores that survive the cooking and regenerate if left at room temp.

When reheating make sure it is piping hot all the way through. I always defrost rice in the fridge then reheat it in a large bowl so that I can stir it about a few times to heat it evenly.

Thank you I was worried about the rice. I cooled it in the fridge and put it in the freezer as quickly as possible
