Morning :)
Another lovely day, going to be hot.
Weather set to change mid week, with low pressure coming in. I suppose it couldn't last for ever...

Not much planned for today, wash the towels I think, decide on dinner and probably a bit of shopping.

Hope you all have a good day

Fires still going on Saundra  Almost 800 bombeiros there at the big one down the road.

I've swept up all the mess from the wind yesterday - the pool went a lovely murky green overnight  because of all the rubbish in there, so that's been brushed, hoovered and some stuff put in to clear it.

Just going to stop leaking, hopefully, then I'll cook us a proper Sunday breakfast. I've also, foolishly, agreed t o cooking a nice dinner tonight. Cue more leaking from me

Morning all. Lovely morning here, nice and fresh and sunny. I'm off out to the club soon, must remember to check out the blackberries there.

MrsC and her sister did well last night; it took ages for baby Eliza to settle (very tired but fratchety and crying) and our daughter was worn out because she's had very little sleep with her the night before. It took a long time but they eventually got her settled and asleep.

Roast chicken later.

Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it's warm and sunny and forecast to be hot this afternoon. Really looking forward to some slightly cooler weather this week.

I started the day with a 90 minute walk with Billy, the temperature was perfect for walking but in that time we only saw one person, a horse rider. We avoided part of the woods as there was a large fire again last night, when we walked back with Bill at 9ish there were two fire engines on the common behind our close. The bank had been set alight and spread into the woods. There'd been another fire further up in the woods the night before :?

I'm just about to hoover now and then after lunch we're off into Birmingham to see Dippy the dinosaur at the museum

Have a good day all!

Morning all, only just! ;)

Jan, Jo, fires everywhere it seems :(

Hope you have a good day Di :)

Crommers, the hot weather gets them grizzly :( xx

We're out in the Quays - again! Well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! :P ;) Lovely day here, sunny, blue sky with a little cloud, and a light breeze 8-) Perfect :D I stripped the bed and got the washing machine on before we came out, B was sleeping off her late night when we left but I wrote a note on the kitchen white board, asking her to peg it out when she gets up! Hopefully it will be drying when we get back :?

A few bits on the player for later, including Eat Well For Less, and Keeping Faith, which has been rather good so far, if a bit hard to see! Why are so many dramas shot in the dark these days? :? :geek:

Have a great day everyone :) xxx

Morning all...…….ooops afternoon

Hot, hot, hot 8-)

M and David left at 12noon yesterday, we had a lovely time with them, but I must have been so tired I slept 7 hours uninterrupted last night. Haven't managed that for months.

No plans for today, the garden beckons so I'll laze out there with my kindle.

Hope you all have a good day :D
