Good afternoon all.

Having a quiet day today. The temperature is more reasonable, but I could do with nothing much to do.

Went to the hospital this morning for a blood test. Dozens of others decided to do the same.

Evening all, we got back yesterday evening after a great weekend in Blackpool, very very tired though and we were in bed by 10pm last night. Still pretty tired today but I dragged myself to the gym this morning, struggled a bit though. I've done quite a bit of sitting around, but got one washload out and dry, with another lot ready for tomorrow and handwashing done as well. We had a surprise visit from Michael and Kellie this afternoon, we hadn't seen them in 10 days so it was lovely to see them. Feeling a bit revived now but will have another early night, I think.
