Washing to be done - that means ironing   - Grumpy will be doing things in the shower room, some thing to do with the drainage and tiles. I'll keep out of his way

Parcel arriving sometime today so will pop down the bar later :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan, morning everyone

Good luck Ally, have fun!!!!
Jan, wise keeping out of Grumpy's way :D safer that way. Hope not too much ironing and hope the parcel arrives.

Well I managed to take the day off; the office is still so incredibly quiet and I've got a few things to do here at home. Just hope the rain holds off until I can get the lawn mowed, but I need to wait a bit for the morning dew to dry off a bit. So garden pootling day for me

Have a lovely day all xx

Parcel on it's way from Evora :Hi: :Hi:

We seem to have an awful lots of wasps this year  I've got bowls of water out and they drink from the pool too, but as soon as we go outside, they're buzzing us

Molly left one small biscuit yesterday and it was a fight between the ants and wasps   as to who could get it. The ants won

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny at the moment, hope it lasts all day.

Good luck with the scan results Di xx

We went over to the Racing Greyhound for dinner yesterday, always a good choice for the boys. Off down to the harbour and the beach today. We'll probably have lunch at the beach kiosk, the boys love his sausage and chips and at £2 each it's a bargain. Of course the day won't be complete without a trip to Sorbetto.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good Morning all,
Very humid again today but the sun is coming through.
I feel better today but still not 100% and there is no point in trying
to see a doctor as the waiting time is now 3 weeks!!
I went to the Urgent Care clinic and saw a nurse who didn't
appear interested at all and didn't even take my BP. I asked her
why not and she said that is was ok!
Don got on alright when he saw the Cardiac Nurse yesterday and she
said that the results from his Ultrasound scan were not a lot different
from the last one and she is going to cut out one of his tablets as his BP
is getting too low and she said that he might get dizzy and have a fall.
If his Angina returns when he leaves off this tablet to let her know promptly.
What weird weather we have this year. Looking out of the window I see the
berries are going red already on the Holly tree. A bit early for that to happen.
Going to attempt M&S this morning and stock up incase i get worse again.
Have a good day and good luck Di x

Afternoon everyone :)

Had a busy morning, with an early start, as Mick needed to get to Bristol early, to the peridontist, and I wanted to get to the hairdressers! Not as early as B though, she's leaving the house before 7am this week, on early shift! She's had good news, her full time hours (she's been doing them for a while) are now official, with a new contract, plus they want her to man reception in their tiny branch office here in Longlevens (our suburb of Gloucester) for one day a week. It's only ten minutes walk away, and a bit more responsibility, so she's chuffed to bits 8-)

Good luck Ally, have a fabulous time! 8-)

Ria a day off! Brilliant! :Hi:

Love to all, and hugs for the poorlies, or anyone feeling in need of one (((((x)))))
