Another fantastic day yesterday.

We only decided on the plane coming over to nip to Italy for the mad idea of having lunch at Lake Como so for it all to fall into place so superbly was wonderful. It's a beautiful place and our pizzas were delicious.

We're leaving Lauterbrunnen and travelling to Aescher where some great hiking awaits....but on the way we're nipping over the border to Austria as there's an alpine coaster ride cut into a mountain side that we've booked tickets to ride.

We're due to get to our hotel late afternoon ready for a good yomp tomorrow.

Quite bright out there, although some rain due later.

Ally all that planning, plus last minute add-ons, is really paying off, it sounds amazing.

Also been worried about our Saundra.

Did achieve something yesterday, cleared three carrier bags of books from the bookcase upstairs, and we took them to the charity shop.
Mabel's this morning, looking forward to it.

Good morning all, it's sunny and much cooler here this morning. I wore my warm, cosy hoodie while walking Billy

John's cycled into work, Tom has the day off and I'm not sure of his plans and I think Joe's out with friends later. I'm waiting for an Amazon parcel, me and Tom were taking about waffles the other day so I've ordered us a waffle maker. Not sure what time it'll be here though, Amazon use their couriers from either Birmingham or Stoke but this is apparently in Nottingham which seems a bit odd.

Hope our Saundra's okay and hoping that someone has contact details for her?

Another one a bit worried about Saundra.

Taking the rental car back today, not much on apart from that. We're both worrying about son. One of the discs in his back is probably torn and his chiropractor has recommended he have surgery. Not what you want to hear at age 30.

Morning all, cloud and sun here with showers forecast, but much cooler. We walked Michael and Kellie home yesterday evening, I thought I would be ok with a cardi but was very cold by the time we got back here, I had to put on a tracksuit and socks We've had a very busy week, but hopefully things will be a bit quieter now. Off to the gym this morning, and dancing this evening.

I'm also wondering if Saundra is ok The Italian lakes are truly beautiful, glad you are having a great time, Ally.

I've been up since 5.30ish, must have moved badly, needed to take a couple of painkillers. Seems to have settled down now. Don't intend to do much, will be taking it easy.

Quite Autumnal this morning and very breezy.
I still don`t feel right and now my back is playing up.
I think bending down cleaning the fridge yesterday didn't help.
