Aww Kaz :D How lovely!

Good afternoon all, it's warm and sunny here. Early walk with Bill, housework and then I've cut the lawns and tidied the gardens. The grass is doing well and the new seed had sprouted nicely, there're just a couple of patches where it's not grown so I've reseeded those again.

Tom's working from 7 this evening and Joe's off to a party at the same time, with a girl who is apparently a friend.

Kaz, I just had the notification that you'd messaged J, I'm also hoping that no news is good news xx

Have a good day all!

Mrs O has just come in from the back garden to say that she had just seen the Red Arrows flying overhead in V-formation! 8-)

A quick check on-line of their schedule and timings shows that they'd just completed a display at the Bournemouth Air Festival and were killing time before returning back to Bournemouth Hurn Airport. Quite why they came right up to North Dorset, I've no idea!

In other, probably unrelated, news, weeding out the dandelions on the back lawn, we have found a large amount of hedgehog scat! We've never seen any around, but there are so many large shrubs up against the fence, it wouldn't surprise me if we haven't got a family of them. I think they hibernate, don't they?
