Nope. Not having it Jan. A hardware shop is a hardware shop anywhere in the world.

A place where it's quite possible to die of boredom.

Morning all...….almost

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Thinking of Saundra, hope she continues to mend.

Still not walking brilliantly, but managed to get round M&S and Tesco. The ankle is extra sore at the moment, the podiatrist warned the inserts could case that foot to ache, an understatement  Hoping it wears off as I get used to them and helps with the hip.

Not much happening today, got some washing on the go and plan to do a little walk later.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Evening all - back from the hospital and all is good!! 8-) :D :D Took my own BP before I left and it was fine, in the green range on my monitor! I did a bit of shopping and went for a coffee before I went to the hospital, by the time I got there it had gone up! BUT the echocardio results were good and everything else was great so he said he doesn't need to see me anymore 8-) :D :D Fan-bloody-tastic!!! Went via the Arnison Centre and had a mooch round there before finally getting home about 5.30.

And now I'm tracking Jen and Kyle's flight to Crete - she messaged me to say their flight had been delayed by over 2 hours  So as soon as I got back I switched the laptop on to track their flight - it's actually been delayed 2 and a half hours by the time It finally took off! And then, by the looks, it's had a wobbly take off (eeek!!!!) and is taking a slightly deviated flight path.....BUT they are on their way and they're there for 10 days so they shouldn't lose too much time I'll be glad when they land though....

Poured down whilst in town but by the time I'd done at the hospital, the sun was out 8-)

Enjoy the evening all xxx

Where are you staying? They're B&B at Oasis Hotel, I think it's at Heraklion. They'll be back when you go, they're there 10 days I think.
