I wish ours was going in the garden! Oh noo, it's having all mod-cons in its own heated vivarium! I got a shopping list from Madam, for Sainsbury's, for its gourmet meals - eggs, watercress, carrots and green beans!

Plan A was to take Bb to the Isle of Wight
Not the car, just us, so only to Yarmouth.
He started with coffee and a bacon baguette on the ferry. After a walk around we had another coffee, I had home made shortbread.
Lots more walking round, along the pier, down and along the river walk, as well as what shops there are.
Then lunch in The Bugle, rather nice baguettes which came with tortilla chips and a salad.

The forecast said ok, but the wind got stronger and stronger, and they were only operating one of the three ferries, the only one that could handle the gale properly. It's a very tricky route into Lymington harbour.
Fortunately the 3 o'clock was running so we got home as planned.
