Ria, I was home in plenty of time. Flippin' love that programme so it was worth rushing around for

Osc, hope it stays sunny for you today! And that there are no delays!

Kaz, you timed your holiday well! We were lucky with our New York holiday; they had a heavy snow fall two days before we got there and again two days after we left. When I checked in online before we left there was a pop up asking for 'volunteers' to give up their flights because they had so many people whose flights had been cancelled in the day or two beforehand.

Well I went in for that swim - by heck it was cold!

Good evening everybody.
It has been a beautiful sunny day.
Up at 7.00 a,m. Washer on the go while I had breakfast. Then ironing for nearly an hour. While waiting for the engineer to come and service our alarm was on the computer.
Engineer came at 10.00 a.m. We needed a new battery and there was a fault on the siren which did not work.
Service only cost £65.00. This includes any call out if there is a fault.
Then ouit for shopping before and after lunch. Have to go to Morrisons for Ginger jam and porridge oats. Other supermarkets which are nearer do not stock them.
Then in the garden. Mowed the lawn, did some weeding and trimmed two large Evening Primrose flowers. Did it while it was still light and warm.
Ally, you said you have had rain. Just seen the floods on Minorca. Hope your neighbours pebbles go down hill slowly.
