Hello all

Blue skies here as well but no where near the 25 you've got Jan :D It has gone really nippy this past week or so; it's now a damp cold in the mornings - brrrr

Kaz, how does SW compare to WW? How long have you been doing the SW with Becks?

It was such a lovely weekend and I should have done so so much at home in the garden etc; but was visiting friends in Hampshire and stayed overnight so didn't get a chance to do a thing - and the forecast for this weekend is either dire or OK depending on where you look :D Oh well

Have a lovely afternoon all x

Landed at 1pm to 28 degrees. What a shock after a cold crisp Birmingham airport this morning.

Cardi off immediately!

2 loads of washing done and pegged out, rucksack emptied and away and now showered and ready for work 6 - 9.

Meeting Don afterwards for a debrief of the weekend, a beer or two and a bite to eat.

Jo, it wasn't as bad as she'd thought it would be - as I suspected ;) 8-)

Ria it's similar to WW No Count - there is a list of "Free" foods, you add in two daily Healthy Extras (things like milk, cheese, yoghurt) then you have daily "Syns" that you do have to count. If anything it's a bit easier, and more filling. Cheaper too, £4.95 weekly. We joined on Saturday, she would never have gone on her own so I said I'd join too.
