Still continuing with hot and sunny. Yesterday was reading 32 degrees. I want coolness. I want to wear my biker boots and funky tights. I want to wear my cardies.

#bonkers day 2.

Meeting Don after work this evening for a beer or 3 in Jose's.

Misty start again but another lovely warm day later. Not as high as you Ally, but I'll take 28C But you'd need your cardi's, socks and jumpers at the week-end. Going down 15C during the day and then 3C at night At least one fire will be lit

Ironing for me this morning and once the dew has dried, I'll spray the weeds - they've come up everywhere Grumpy will be continuing with the door. I've also got some poppy seeds to put in the garden and some planting out of seedlings. Weeding too, if I have time.

Morning all

Bit overcast here, hoping it stays dry, the M25 isn't much fun any day, awful in the rain.

Took us 5hrs to get here Tues, needed a couple of good stops. The funeral yesterday went as well as these things can. Uncle Oscar is so frail, he did understand what was happening, but goodness knows how long he'll retain it. Christopher said he would probably ask when it's happening before tea time We all went back to The White Hart afterwards, well I say all but it was just 6 of us. I'm glad we made the journey and M our eldest managed to get there or it would have been just Uncle Osc , Chris and the next door neighbour. We left them at 3.30ish and came back to the hotel. Uncle Osc was just about done in by then and tbh so was I.

Feeling a bit better this morning, but not looking forward to the drive home.

Don't remember if clocks go back or forward ? Iv just found out of to buy a new kettle gggrrr kept wondering why my hand got hot when it boiled thought it was from the lid saw this morning the clear water gauge has a hole in had it years

Good morning all, overcast and cool here. My brain decided that today was the day I needed to be awake at 5.15am instead of tomorrow although I did get back to sleep eventually. Today is Thursday, so we'll have Kellie and Michael later - Mr Osc collects Michael from school but today he will be collecting a skeleton as they have all gone to school in their Halloween costumes. I've checked in for my flights tomorrow and plan to get to bed early tonight.
