Tonights dinner

Postby JanB » 04 Dec 2018, 18:52

is also for tomorrow and, to give us a break, Friday

A huuuuge stew, pork, with a rather scrummy chorizo, carrots, three types of beans, onions, garlic and spuds.

Gert lush :D :D :D

Now stuffed

'Twas cheese 'n spinach pancakes - with extra spinach. :? Not very filling for I ; had to 'ave 2 Wheetabix about 8:00 to make up for it!

Sounds great, Jan! 8-) We made a huge vat of lentil soup last weekend (with carrots, peppers, celery, sweet potato and lardons in it) and we'll still got plenty left.

Kaz, we get a curried vegetable dahl meal from the Waitrose frozen section, wot Mrs O heats in a frying pan, then we add cauli and broccoli to it. Very nice, but I don't know about the calories. Not too bad, I think ….

I made Di's Jambalaya. That's not it's proper name but Di posted the recipe a few years ago so that's what I always think of it as being.
