New Year's Resolutions

Postby TheOstrich » 02 Jan 2019, 18:52

Mrs O firmly declared that this year, she would give up watching "Murder She Wrote" on the Drama channel.

Guess who is now slumped in front of the telly, with a big plate of cheese and crackers, waiting for it to start …. :cute:

Grumps an I had decided that we'd cut back on the booze and have smaller portions of food, from today.

Somehow or other, we had 3 cheese and onion toasties each for breakfast

So the sawing of the wood and the running around next doors field made up for it - until we went down to the bar for 3 beers

We'll try again tomorrow 8-) 8-)

I hope you do continue to get better Weka.

Murder she wrote! How many episodes of that must they have made? Personally, if we hadn't recoded so many old Poirot and Inspector Morse episodes, we'd have had nothing to watch this Christmas! The telly has been truly dire.

I'm with Aggers on this, no resolutions for me.
