Dinner tonight

Postby JanB » 09 Jan 2019, 17:25

I bought a wok, maybe 3 years ago and never used it

So I've washed it, sealed it, I hope, and we're having a stir-fry tonight. Chicken, mushrooms, leek, black bean, ginger and some of those noodles WM brought over.

Sounds yummy! I've done baked salmon and spicy rice for Mick, B is eating out with friends, and I have some slow roasted tomato soup for when I get home from Zumba 8-)

An easy peasy dinner for us tonight. Ham and cheese omelette plus jacket potato with baked beans.

Also an easy peasy one. :D Chipolatas, baked beans, jacket potato and a griddled tomato. Nice warm filling food on what is a bitterly cold evening here …...
