God morning Ally, everyone.

It is currently -3ºC with a 'feels like' temp of -8ºC and boy was there a deep frost.

Volunteer work this morning then I am off to pick up my new standard lamp. :D

Have an excellent day, but put on plenty of layers if you go out. xx

Morning all :)

I hope everything goes well for your students Ally 8-) xx

Frank, it's ferlipping freezing here too! xx

Morning Cruiser :)

We had a dusting of the evil white stuff last night! Not surprised as it was bitter out when I went to Pilates last night :? It was funny as I've only been to that venue once before, and that was in daylight. Mick dropped me off in the big Community Centre carpark, but everything looked shut :? I was just about to ring Em when she rang me, and said to look across the car park, and there she was, waving! I was in the wrong part

Going to town to have a cuppa with a friend, but I think I might get the bus, it's so cold  Mick is taking the car in for its MOT this morning, it should be ok *fingers crossed*

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Sunshine, clouds and high winds again  makes it feel a lot colder than it is.

Good luck with the car Kaz x and for your students Ally x

General pootling again today. The wind was too cold to stay out in yesterday, so the measurements for the new store room didn't get done. but looking at the forecast for the next few days, I'll be getting shorts and flip-flops out 8-) https://www.accuweather.com/en/pt/ouriq ... ast/272125

I've pinned the curtains, just waiting for a nice, bright day, so I can sew them up. We did think of Grumpy making shutters, to match the one's we have, but I think we're better off with curtains in that room.

Pork sausages for dinner :Hi:

Hope the Crommers household have a better week xx

Havea good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all - figure I better get on here quick before the day gets busy again....

Ally best of luck to all your students; I'm sure they'll all do super well x
Kaz, good luck for the MOT

It was rather nippy here this morning as well but interestingly enough no iced up windscreens. We had a bit of snow yesterday where I live and there was a dusting of it on the car when I got to the station last night but we've not had more and it's been really dry. Perfect winter weather really. Just wish it would hurry up and get lighter sooner :D

Hope you all have a lovely day, enjoy whatever it is you are up to. Wrap up and stay warm and ongoing vibes for the poorlies in the VV family x

Good luck with the MOT Kaz. Ally, -3 here, frost everywhere and the car looks like an ice cube - winter! :D

We need a few bits and are meeting our daughter in town later for coffee and cake.

Later I may invest in a couple of bottles of Thatchers Katy cider.

Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is cloudy and cold and there was frost last night but no snow, thank goodness. Gym this morning, supermarket shop this afternoon. Nail painting tonight as Miss Osc and I are going to see Boyzone tomorrow night - it's a mother and daughter thing ;)

Morning all...…..almost

We had quite heavy snow coming down when we went to bed, luckily it had all cleared by this morning. Wet and miserable out there now.

Good appointment with the physio. She sees improvement and is very happy with my movement so not to panic when I have an off day, it's definitely due to overworking the muscle. Makes sense, did a lot of slopes and steps Monday, need to pace myself better. Managed a much better sleep last night.

We're planning to pop out later, not far, just need a few packs of cauli and broccoli bake from Iceland. At this time of year always good to have stuff in the freezer if the weather prevents getting out for fresh veggies.

Stay safe and have a good day xx
