Morning all :D

We had a few flakes of snow earlier  hope it stays away long enough for us to get out to the weekly shopping.

Good luck at the dentist Jan.
Enjoy Boyzone Osc.

M&S beckons, if our branch ever closes it won't be for lack of effort on my part

Hope you all have a good day :D

Hello all, it's a bit different here today than yesterday. It was raining first thing and is now drizzly. It's pretty much washed all of the snow and ice away, thankfully!

I walked Bill first thing and then got the bus to town seeing as it was raining, I didn't fancy walking for 30 minutes in it. I left in plenty of time to get the bus; 15 minutes to walk down the close, around the corner and down the alleyway to the A34 and then cross the road and walk 100 yards to the bus stop. That takes 5 minutes at the most. I don't get the bus to town very often, the last time I tried was on the day of the meet up and it was early so I missed it, hence why I gave myself ample time today. Anyway...I was waiting to cross the A34 when the bus came around the bend, 10 minutes early! Luckily there were people waiting at the stop so I managed to cross the road, run and I was just in time to catch it.

Osc, have a brilliant time!

Have a good day all!

I do Wednesdays and Thursdays with a local group - OPAL - but I have just applied to do some more with Age UK.

It keeps my brain working and I get out and about rather than being stuck at home. 8-) :D :cute:

The wind dropped, the sun was out - heaven 8-) And a heck of a lot warmer :Hi: :Hi:

Dentist all done - cost rather a lot of money for two crowns, root canal etc but he didn't mention the tooth he wants to take out and I don't, so I didn't mention it either

We left Molly inside for quite a while whilst we were out, but she was fine. She's now been told to rabbit hunt

A cover been ordered for the air vent in the new bathroom and I need to pay another 100€ at the dentist, but they will - have to - wait until next week.

Nice surprise in the supermarket - no iva :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Couple of beers on the way back, Grumpy will be watching a film and I'll be cooking dinner.

Enjoy your evening everyone xx

If it's Thursday it's Aquafit day! :D :D LOVE IT!!! Wore my new cossie from Tescos and saw my bestie Anne who has been missing for a few weeks. So nice to catch up. Followed by grocery shopping and a bit of h/w when I got home. I took the sofa covers off to wash but one of the seat cushions isn't dry yet.

The lady who handed in her notice at work last week has left today. I don't know much about it but its all a bit of a shame really. And we're back to being short staffed for a bit - hopefully not too long!

Sunny and cold here today - have a lovely evening all xxx
