Morning everyone :)

It's raining here, but I'll be out shortly as I'm meeting a friend in town. Need to put a wash on before I go. Zumba tonight. Fraggle slept well in his new PJs

Have a good day all :) xxx

Good morning all, it's lovely here - sunny and quite mild.

I've just got back with Billy and have time for a quick cuppa before getting the bus to Stafford, I need to do some birthday present shopping for Tom.

It's good to read that gorgeous Fraggle had a good night Kaz! :D

Have a good day all :D

Morning everyone

Gorgeous morning, a few fluffy white clouds around and going to be another rather warm day 8-) 8-)

I've been banned from weeding today   so will have to find something else to do. One thing we need to do is sort out our investments. Our financial guy retired, without telling us :cute: :cute: and also has all relevant paperwork and we can't get hold of him

I've been in touch with both main companies and just need to sort a few things out. We appear to have more money than we thought, stashed away in Ireland, so that's good    One of the companies we invested in has gone into liquidation, so we need to find out if we can get some of the money back. I have to do that, seeing as he's done a runner

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, very misty when I left the house this morning but 15 minutes later when I got to the station it was all clear with beautiful blue skies. London itself is a tad on the hazy size with the sun still trying to break through.

Glad Fraggle slept well in his new PJ's - amazing how well it's working for him; such an easy (and non-medicated) thing it's fantastic
Jan, glad you're taking it easy and good luck with the financials; hope you get things sorted. Any spare cash - send over my way
Ally and Jo, enjoy your respective days.

Another usual / usual for me - I do quite enjoy the hum drum of ordinary life :D

Have a lovely day all, stay warm and enjoy whatever it is you're all up to x

I've got round the weeding ban by doing it sitting down   Only the pots though. Sat on the front step meant I didn't have to bend much.

Now going to put some pepper seeds in, sitting down.

And today is the first day I've worn flip-flops 8-)

Morning all :D

Take it easy Jan, not too much bending. Hope you get the financial stuff sorted. Think it will be some time before I can get my flip flops out.

The weather cleared up enough yesterday for us to take a drive to the clifftop and have a little stroll. It was a tad windy, but just looking at the sea brightens my day every time. Don't think we'll be venturing out today, it's still very wet.

Stay dry and warm :D

Afternoon all, it's bright and sunny here and not too cold. We were out early as we had appointments with the dental hygienist at 10am. Came home and I popped up to the post office to take out some money. Then it was off to the gym. Back from the gym and I've changed the bed, just about to have lunch. This afternoon I'm bringing the car to a tyre place as the "check the tyre pressure" warning keeps coming on. Edward has reset it so we shall see if it comes on again when I start the car again. Anyway the air put into it yesterday was too high, so I want it adjusted. After that I'll head off and do the supermarket shop, I don't think Edward is coming as he is still not feeling great with his cold.

Good afternoon. (I originally typed dafternoon!)
This morning I took Sergio our neighbour to the hospital in Pontefract. He had got a short notice appointment for a CT scan on his chest, at 9am. He hadn't been to Ponte for years, didn't know where the hospital was, or where to park, so I gave him a lift in. It's only about six miles. He gets the results in about a week.
MrsC is cooking two cottage pies, which smell delicious. One for our daughter, one for us tonight. I did all the prep when she was out looking after her dad.
I hope that you are all having a good day.
