I wouldn't say no to a Hyundai IX20 Crommers. I've had Suzuki cars for may years now, my dealer back in Swindon also started selling Hyundai and I said to E I wouldn't mind changing over at some point. Not sure I'll bother now though, I'll be 73 in April so will probably stick with what I've got, while it still runs okay that is.

Sounds good, Crommers! 8-)

To Stur this morning to invest a lot of dosh on a replacement built-in double oven. The one we inherited when we moved here could be anything up to 25 years old, and whilst it still functions, I think we'd prefer something a bit more up to date. The replacement looks like being a Zanussi but the electrical firm will pop in on Friday just to confirm the size is OK before we commit to the purchase.

Had breakfast in the local café and raided the second-hand bookshop whilst we were down there; two more added to the growing pile of volumes to be read! :D

FSH. Ah - I've just worked it out - full service history.

I did look it up on the internet. Google says "fsh" is a medical abbreviation for something akin to Viagra. Amazing what incentives they offer to get you to buy a used car these days ….

I suppose you could say it wasn't a hard choice Os...
Jen, I looked at Suzukis too. I liked the new Swift and S Cross especially.

Afternoon all, it was nice earlier but has clouded over now. We had a brilliant time last night at Motown the Musical, it was really good. We were sitting in our seats when the son of friends came along and sat beside us, not appearing to be surprised to see. Then along came his parents and another two friends, the son thought it was pre-arranged! So it was great to see them, as we have not seen them for a few months.

I have not slept well the last few nights, no particular reason, so I am really tired. We have Michael and Kellie coming for a sleepover so at least I will be going to bed early, and I have just had a nap in my chair which hopefully get me through.

I've always been perfectly happy with my little Hyundai i10 crommers, she's coming up to 9 years old now! :D Wishing you lots of happy driving in the new one.

Last full day of the week for me (in on Saturday this week). I'm having a house guest on Saturday night - Anne, one of our lady optoms is staying as we are going out to an Abba night to wave goodbye to one of our long serving staff members. As Anne lives in Middlesbrough, about 20 miles from me, and we're going to Durham, much closer - it means she can have a glass or two of red wine :D

It's been a bit damp here today, but nice and mild. I only hope we don't pay for the Spring like weather with a wet summer :o :(

Have a good evening all xx
