Morning all :)

It's gorgeous here too Ally :D

Not as achy as I thought I'd be this morning, but we're both tired as Mick had a call-out at about 4am, and we both struggled to get back to sleep :? Hoping a walk will sort me out, it's certainly a beautiful day for it 8-) Housework this afternoon :cute:

Safe travels to our Ria, off to see family in Germany :) :) xx

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Pootling for us today, Grumpy has a list   I found a tapestry and a painting yesterday, down in the battery store, so once I've ironed them, they will be put up. Yes, I will iron the painting, it's on material ;)

Morning all. Kaz, I used to hate that 4 am call out. I used to loathe being on call, you can never properly relax. Jan, we pick up the car this afternoon. Safe travels Ria and enjoy your night out Ally. Have a good day by the sea Saundra!

It's mild here. Shopping this morning, car this afternoon.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all, it's dull here, just as I feel :( It's as if my body held back so we could have the children then landed a right dose on me - sinusitis, eye infection, sore throat  I rang for a doctor's appointment first thing, to be told they were fully booked. I was told about a year ago that I couldn't book ahead but apparently this has changed  Anyway, she says they always get cancellations so I should hear from her at some stage. I'm not going to the gym and will try and do some ironing, whatever I have the energy for.

Happy travels to Ria!

Good morning all, it's another beauty here!

I've had a long walk with Billy, we did a circuit of the golf course as well as the usual walk (although he decides where we walk so it does change but the whole golf course is a new one  ) and had a lovely play with a 4 month old Labrador. I had an hour on the cross trainer when I got back and watched a few episodes of How I Met Your Mother, I'm rewatching it from the start.

Joe's just got up and is watching The Office, the US version; he's rewatching that from the start

We've recently been taking Billy for a walk on the Chase on Saturday mornings and I only said last week that we'd only have another couple of months of doing that before the snakes start appearing. Scrap that, someone's dog was bitten by one there yesterday so despite John telling me that it's rare to see one we won't be venturing back there until next Winter now. It's not worth the risk of Bill getting bitten or me dying of fright if I see one. Thankfully the man whose dog was bitten has updated Facebook today to say he's doing well, they struggled to find anti-venom at the local vets yesterday. It's something they all advertise having in the Summer but I suppose there's usually no need for them to have supplies of it during Winter which could expire and waste money.

Have a good day all!

Osc, I hope you get a cancellation (((x)))

Morning Saundra :)

Happy pootling Jan ;D

Crommers, at least Mick only has to cross the landing to his office, but it is very disruptive. He has dropped a lot of the on-call but they are a bit short on staff at the moment. One guy in the team has cancer ( :( ) and Mick's immediate boss is in hospital with viral pneumonia, so..... :?

Jo, I think you are very wise! Snakes don't bother me at all, per se, but the thought of the dogs getting bitten is terrifying :( I'm glad that dog is recovering 8-)

Morning all :D

Started bright and sunny, a bit misty now.

Safe flight Ria, have a lovely time.
Hope you get a cancellation Osc.
A new car is always exciting Crommers.
Eeek about the snakes Jo, gives me the chills just thinking about it.

It was a lovely day to be out and about yesterday, but shopping always means a lot of walking so taking it easy today. Got the washing on and that's about it.

Have a good day :D
