Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 23 Feb 2019, 06:55

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 24 degrees. 8-)

Off for a quick run, back to shower etc then we're going to Fuengirola market. We've never been to this one and apparently it's huge so we'll have a good mooch round and lunch will follow. :D

Meeting a couple of friends for a drink and a bite to eat tonight.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

High cloud this morning is masking the sun, but we're also forecast 24C for the week-end :Hi: :Hi: Although Antonio yesterday said we'd have rain on Sunday, Bertalina said not, so we'll see ;)

Off to Ourique soon, need stain for the outside chairs, a cooked chicken for breakfast and entremeadas for the bbq tomorrow. Will ring before we go in and see if Dra Ana is on this morning and if she is, I'll go and see her to sort this paperwork out, for our driving licences.

Back home, after breakfast, I'll be strimming and Grumpy staining. Then down to the bar this afternoon, for the bread man - and a few beers ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all. Enjoy the market Ally. 24 degrees Jan! I bet it does make your day Saundra, to spoil Scarlett a little bit.

We're having Eliza to sleep over tonight, I need to get the floor of the cot lowered as she's grown so much. I'll watch the rugby this pm and maybe run MrsC through to see her Auntie in hospital (gall stones). Said Auntie has three brothers, none of whom has been to see her, although two of them live in the same house as her. One day I'll put a thread up in Family about them.

It's a lovely day here. The early fog has gone and it's bright and sunny now. I hope Ria's enjoying her time with her family.

Have a smashing day everyone.

Morning all......almost

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Saundra enjoy your day with Scarlett.

Was planning a walk, but E's suffering at the moment so I'll potter about here today. The bed's stripped and the sheets are in the machine so there's enough to keep me busy.

Have a good day :D

Berlimey Crommers

Have a great time with the family Saundra xx

Well, that's the strimming done and although we love seeing the wild flowers, it's also good to see a nice, green "lawn" 8-) 8-)

Some bright spark suggested to Grumpy that as we won't be able to see the tiles on top of the new cupboard, apart from just a little, why doesn't he cut the few remaining one's in half. Saves a trip to Castro Verde for 3 tiles. So that's when he's done and very good it looks too :D

Heading for the shower and then we'll go down to the bar. Odette was in a really good mood this morning, as they always shut the bar on Sundays and tomorrow they're going down to the Algarve, where their children live and having a family day on the beach.

Chicken curry for dinner and I'll make a veg curry to go with it.

Enjoy the rest of the day :D

Afternoon all, not feeling great. I'm on antibiotics and an antibiotic eye cream too. Got up and dressed this morning but went back to bed later on and slept for an hour. Yesterday I managed to get the ironing up to date, so I am taking things very easy today and tomorrow in the hope that by then, the antibiotics will be doing their job.

Saundra, it is lovely to treat them, isn't it. Crommers, enjoy the sleepover, hope you get some sleep!

Afternoon everyone!

Been to D'S early, as usual on a Saturday. Good news, I lost and was Slimmer Of The Week :?  Must be all that exercise :P I won a sticker for my weigh-in record and a carrier bag of goodies - fruit, pasta, baked beans, fresh eggs and some tinned tuna!

The weather here is stunning! Gorgeous sunshine! Doreen's patio is a real sun trap and it felt more like May than February round there this afternoon :o There was even a wasp buzzing round indoors!

Love to all :) xx
