A lovely afternoon, down at the bar. Chatted with Antonia, who was off to the Algarve, Dimas and various other bods, then Jan and Joquinha turned up. never a good think, I can't keep up with the beer

But, the car will be done in a couple of weeks, Gabi will come here and the new brakes, hoses etc, will be done down at Jan's place. as they have triple garage.

I've said I'll cook favas for us all - 8 of us

And, we've been invited down to the Four Seasons Hotel, in Vilamoura Joquinha is the manager there and they have an Indian night, every week, for the tourists. Jan hates Indian food and the Portuguese are not lovers of it either, so really looking forward to that. Well, I am, Grumpy isn't Driving into Vilamoura

Good evening all, it's been absolutely beautiful here today!

We walked Bill on Hednesford Hills this morning, as far as we're aware it's a snake-free zone. I couldn't believe that in February I didn't need my hat, scarf and gloves. My coat was left open and I actually took it off after about 20 minutes and was plenty warm enough in a long sleeved t shirt

After lunch Tom went to Shannon's, he'll be back tomorrow night. Me, John and Joe went to see my parents and Julie and Roger came not long after so we had a good catch up. We seem to see them more or less weekly lately which is lovely. Their cat has recently died and they were saying that the house doesn't feel right without one so they contacted the breeder that Julie had her previous two Persians from and she had some kittens available so they pick their new kitten up on Monday. She was showing me photos and he's absolutely beautiful!

Joe's off out clubbing shortly, it's his friend's 18th birthday.
