Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 26 Feb 2019, 06:10

Good morning.

Our temps are usually around 20/21 degrees at this time of year which is rather lovely but forecast for 27 today which is just mental! :o 8-)

After my run I'm planning to laze on a sunbed and read.

Wandering into town late afternoon for a sit in the plaza and a bite to eat...it's too easy living here to not cook. :P

How are you today Kaz? xx

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally. 27c in February?

MrsC off to our daughters shortly. I have nothing scheduled at all, which suits me. Hopefully MrsC's favourite aunt will have had her op this morning and come home. When you are 85 you want to be out of hospital asap.

Lovely day here, blue skies and sun.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone

Was lovely earlier, but has clouded over now, but still expecting 22C later 8-)

Pootling outside today. Not sure what Grumpy will be doing, thinking about the new store room, I think ;) and working out how many blocks he'll need. I'll be weeding, sitting down probably

Hope all the poorlies are feeling better today and the op goes well Crommers.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all, it's sunny and warm again. We're forecast around 16/17c today

Joe's gone to college and Bill's taken me for a long walk. I've also been to the post office to return yesterday's Amazon delivery; a double duvet set for Joe which only came with one pillowcase rather than the advertised two. A replacement set is out for delivery today so now I'm waiting for that! I've got a huge pile of ironing to be done so that'll keep me occupied for a while.

Get well wishes to Kaz xx

How's the new car Crommers?

Have a good day all!

Morning. This is a very unpleasant bug, I think it's some sort of gastric flu. Enough said :(
Mick is looking after me, bless him.

Love to all xx

Morning all, and it is a beautiful mornng. Edward has gone to play golf, and I have been for a lovely walk around the harbour. Now I am confined to barracks waiting for the man from Hotpoint who will apparently be here between 11.19 and 14.19  Such a palaver - when I made the service call, I told them that a hinge was broken and gave them the model number and age of the fridge. The guy arrives last Thursday, first of all looks at the fridge declaring it to be 2004 - well, says I, it has only been here four years. Then he tells me that the hinge is the problem (no sh*t) and had he known the model number he could have brought one. When I expressed mild annoyance, he then maintained that he didn't have hinges in his van anyway. This after he had whined and whinged about where to park his van, refusing to believe me when I said I had never seen a car or van clamped in this area. He was such a miseryguts, obviously hates his job.

Ugh, poor Kaz, just be glad it is now and not in a couple of weeks.
