Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey but very mild here. Rain is forecast :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I've done an hours weeding on the veggie plot. we had some rain, but I was under one of the oak trees, so just heard it, rather than feel it. Its going to be a surprise for Grumpy, as he's only just got up, lazy git

We'll do a bit more, if we can, before the rain really gets here.

Might tackle the ironing later.

Treating us to roast pork for dinner and I'll do some poached pears too, not done them for years.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good mornig Ally and anybody else who is up.
It is trying to rain again.
Been for the paper, filled up with petrol and then to have a new bulb fitted for one head light. Had two new ones fitted yesterday as one had stopped working.
Out last night and one of the new bulbs was not working.

When it was removed you could see it had burnt out. The owner of the gaeage said it was tjhe first time that had happened and he had been using the same make of bulb for several years.
Out shopping this morning and then going dancing tonight.

Have a good day eveybody

I need to do a little shop.
It's a lovely morning here now after rain earlier.
Have a good day everyone.

You too Ally! :)

Morning all :) It looks like a beautiful sunny day here, but chilly at the moment but hopefully it will warm up a bit. Out for a walk soon, then up to see D at lunchtime. I might get the holiday clothes down later, to see what's what, as we go next week! :Hi: I did treat myself to some new T-shirts yesterday as I had a 20% off voucher for M&S 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning all, it's cold and sunny here and still very windy. The washing is whizzing around on the line.

I'm making pancakes twice today. Tom's working later so I can't have him missing out so I'll make him some for lunch. Might sneak one for myself too. I'll then do more for me, John and Joe this evening, and I'll no doubt say that I think I should make them more often and then not bother until Shrove Tuesday next year

Kaz, that's come around so quickly! :Hi:

Have a good day all!

Morning all, it's quite a nice morning here and I have actually hung washing out on the line for only the second time this year. Edward has gone to play golf, and I will potter about here at home - we are waiting for a parcel delivery with no idea of when it might arrive. You can bet your bottom dollar that it won't be today, but tomorrow as we are going to a funeral  The Cunard booklet for our May cruise arrived this morning, it always brings the cruise nearer :Hi:

We're still waiting for the rain  We have some lovely black clouds though

I had a coffee, then decided to carry on with the weeding. Took Grumpy almost an hour to find out I was on the missing list - probably wanted a cup of coffee - then came down to do the final row.

Not sure what hurts the most, my back or my right knee

Afternoon all :D

Nice and dry here at the moment.

Ouch Jan, time to take it easy x

Where's the cruise going this time Osc?

No pancakes here, much as I love them it's not the same without lemon juice and sugar and sadly that's not a good idea this year. E won't mind, he'll eat them, but isn't really bothered.

We're off out to the small Tesco later, need to restock the fresh veg and fruit. Might have a gentle stroll along the clifftop afterwards, will see how we feel.

Have a good day :D
