Sorry, had to rush off. The rain stopped and we needed to let our about 2 inches of water from the pool, get wood in and secure the netting around the veg, as well as the cover on the outside table. Just finished and the heavens opened again :Hi: :Hi:

I was going to say that the pipeline from the barragem de rocha will also be used to fill it up from another barragem, further inland, which always seems to re-fill quite quickly.

Hope the funeral went as well as it could Osc. A huge shock for you x

We now have sunshine, blue sky but the wind is still gusting

Oh Kaz how awful - sending lots of vibes for Jaqui xxx

Osc I also hope the funeral goes ok, how awful, poor man :( xx

Crommers enjoy your time out, you definitely deserve some!!

Showery and grey here today but slightly milder....I started my day by falling down, and badly grazing my knee!! I was all ready for work, had a few minutes left to do a few chores, so I was walking round the house to put something in the big bin and I lost my footing and down I went!! How come my knee was so grazed but my opaque tights are none the worse?? :o

I must have looked hilarious after - I pulled said tights down to see the damage. and then went hunting for plasters.....up and down stairs with tights round my knees!! Couldn't find any, so had to improvise with kitchen towel and some Micropore tape that I found!! It worked as a temporary measure My hands were also quite sore but they're ok and not grazed at all.

Good job we don't have a clinic today!! :D

Out tonight to quiz and eat with sister and daughter Not done this for aaaages so looking forward to it. 8-)

Have a good day x

Osc, that's so sad! I hope today has gone as well as possible (((x)))

Well VV vibes have done their trick! J is home, still breathless but with medication, and an appointment to go back for a heart ultrasound. Huge relief, I love her to bits - she's the sort who would do anything for anyone, one of the kindest people I know. She's staying with her daughter, so she can be looked after properly 8-) :)

Ouch Gal, that sounds sore!

It's raining here still, but I just got the holiday clothes down, to make a start, so am feeling a bit sunshine-y :Hi:
