Morning Saundra....when you posted I was having a swim in the hotel pool.

Gorgeous here and we're off for a walk along the coast before heading back home.

We've had a fabulous time and it was great hooking up with Cath & Mick last night. :P

Work 6 - 9 then home for an early night!

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning all! It's dry here and not quite so windy.

Bill's had a long walk, there's washing on the line and as soon as one of the boys gets up I'll be popping over to the Post Office for a stamp so that I can post my Aunty's birthday card. There's an Amazon delivery of a bag of dog food on it's way so I can't go until someone can take over waiting  I can hear Joe moving around though as he has college this afternoon so no doubt he'll be down once he's out of the shower.

Have a good day all!

Good morning all, it is quite dull out there, but dry, and it is a bank holiday. Michael and I had a lovely time at the DWTS dress rehearsal yesterday and were home in plenty of time for the live broadcast. He is a quiet boy but seemed to really enjoy it, apparently giving a running commentary during the live show last night  When I got home, Edward had completely set up my new iPad which is lovely and fast. This morning I had to rearrange my NCT test (like your MOT) and I flew through it. I think we are going for a walk, and I really have to do some ironing at some stage. It’s very quiet in here!

Morning everyone

Gorgeously sunny morning

Been outrageously lazy this morning. Didn-t get up until late and have only just eaten breakfast and washed up

Grumpy has back ache still and now my leg is aching, so will have another day of doing not a lot. Although the bed has been stripped and washing is out on the line.

Glad you both had such a good time Osc :Hi: :Hi:

Have a good day / what-s left of it xx

Morning all

A lovely busy weekend was had - and as always it just went by far too fast. So the start of a new week and it's another usual / usual from me so nothing exciting to report.

Ally, glad you had a good time
Osc, good re the NCT - even though you know the car should pass without a problem it's always still a bit of an anxious moment
Saundra, enjoy the sunshine - will you be about to pootle around in the garden? I am itching to get going but it's just that bit too nippy still so for now I've settled with sowing a whole lot of squash seeds in the hope some of them come up OK, if not then I'll still have enough time to buy more seeds / plants later. The other seeds should be fine so I'll wait before sowing those.
Gosh Jo, I'd get the boys out of bed so you can get your errand done
Jan, good idea to take it easy - and have a relax day. After all isn't that what retirement is meant to be about? :)

Have a lovely day all and enjoy whatever it is you're up to xx

Ria, I know  they've earned lie ins though. Joe worked all day yesterday and then went to the gym at 10pm! Tom starts work at 4pm today and has a 10 hour shift ahead of him.

Morning all...…...almost

Bright and sunny here at the moment 8-)

Sensible to have an easy day Jan, I'm a great believer in having a lie in...…...not that you'd every guess

E wants to pop into town to get his hair cut, he did plan to go last week, but his ankle was playing up. I'll probably drop him off and drive over to the small Tesco for a bit of shopping.

Have a good day :D
