It's Spring again...

Postby Workingman » 20 Mar 2019, 14:11

... we can drink again, mint juleps from Adam's mam. :D

Yes, today is proper Spring, the astronomical version, not the fake made up March the 1st version dreamed up by the weather people.

Get those T-shirts, shorts, flip-flops and sandals out, and keep that bottle of SF100 handy. ;)

Yay, I love this time of year - the days are getting so much longer; the birds chirping away, the weather is (finally) warming up (and hopefully staying that way)... life is good; it really is :D

Huge banks of daffodils suddenly out all over town.

The rooks are purloining all the twigs broken off the trees in last week's gales for nest building, the green woodpecker has started making making a heck of a racket as he marks his territory out, and we even had a pair of goldcrests flitting round the back garden this morning.
