Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Layers of mist in the distance, we're above it - looks rather weird  But another lovely day forecast.

Lovely weather for your parentals Ally 8-)

Will be shifting some of the 300 blocks this morning. Decided it was just too hot yesterday afternoon.

I'll be sorting out some plants - re-potting, moving - and also more weeding in the veggie plot today. And make a curry for Saturday.

Hope Crommers is okay, not seen him around for a day or so.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Oh Cruiser! :o Sending my very best wishes to Mrs E and to you!

Good morning all, it’s dull and dry here and forecast to be quite warm again. Yesterday was lovely!

There’s a couple of loads of washing to do today. Joe’s taking his car for a service seeing. It passed it’s MOT last week.

I need to pop out for some currency. We usually just buy dollars over the counter as it were but I suddenly had a thought while making dinner last night that it might not be the case for the Czech currency so looked at Tesco’s service and there was a number for the travel money bureau at the shop Joe works. I rang and yep, they put an order in weekly on Wednesday mornings for delivery the following Monday. Aargh! The lady says they do have an amount left though so checked to see how much and as luck would have it, had just enough for what we need so she’s put it to one side for me. I’d have got it last night to be sure but she was getting ready to close in a few minutes.

Have a good day all!

Morning everyone

Cruiser, oh what a worry. Best wishes for as speedy and an as comfortable as possible recovery to MrsE.
Ally enjoy bonkers day 2 and definitely enjoy the end of day / pre weekend beer and tapas. And can't believe your folks arrive on Monday - how exciting. Feels like just the other day they left.
Good thinking re the currency Jo; that was lucky
Jan hope you manage to get some of the bricks shifted and all your planting done; but remember to take it easy

Well usual work day for me but nail appointment after work - always nice to catch up with Alex and Nadine whilst nattering, a glass of something and nails being done :D

Have a lovely day all xx
