Oh dear, I appear to have frightened some of you, health wise. I am fine, really I am. I just got bogged down with changing doctors and attending appointments to re-set things with the new surgery.

Re the News board: I gave up because, as I indicated in a post, I was sick of MPs gaming the system, and they are still at it. I think that Suff, and just about everybody else, from all sides, feels the same.

I would like to thank you all for your concerns, but please do not fret... I ain't going anywhere any time soon. Well, that's the plan.
