Good Morning Monday

Postby JanB » 01 Apr 2019, 08:04

Morning everyone

Sunshine and clouds this morning and yet again, the forecast is for thunderstorms and rain  We saw a lot of lightning during the night and heard the thunder, but no rain

Waiting for the dentist to open and hoping I'll be able to get in today. Have half a swollen face  Don't even fancy eating, so I know somethings wrong

Hope Mrs E and Ally's dad continue to improve xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan, morning everyone - lovely sunny day here; absolutely beautiful.

Fingers crossed for the dentist Jan; that doesn't sound comfortable at all :( ((hugs))
Oh ouch Ally - how did Liz manage that?

I had a busy weekend - out all day both Saturday and Sunday; Saturday was helping a friend move and yesterday was lunch at a friends. I really don't like it when I don't have at least one day at home so glad that this week is going to be back to my normal usual/usual's.

Hope all the poorlies feel better and hope everyone else has a lovely day xx

Good morning all!

Good luck with the dentist, Jan - hope everyone else is OK today.

A nice gentleman with a foreign accent has just phoned us up to tell us our call blocking system has "expired". :cute:

Terminated the call and subsequently ascertained he was calling from Luxembourg ….

Otherwise, we are awaiting a call from Master O as DiL should be having a caesarean today ….. :)

Vibes for you Jan, also Ally's boss and MrsE. Hello Ria!
MrsC has gone to her dad's. This afternoon we'll hospital visit. Must remember to ring my brother up today, I keep forgetting.
Hope you get good news very soon Ossie!
It's a nice day here too. :)
Have a good one everybody.

Dentist booked for 3.45 this afternoon :Hi: :Hi:

That mucks up our plans, but we'll see Mitchell later in the week. He needs help with renewing his residência. The form is long mostly in Portuguese

Morning all......almost

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Glad you've got a dentist appointment today Jan, it sounds very painful xx
Hope all the poorlies continue to improve.

We'll be popping into town later, need to chase up our prescriptions, they were due on 29th but we haven't had a text to say they're ready yet. Also need to stock up on more fruit and veg.

Have a good day :D

Good morning all, I've finally got chance to check in!!

It's been full on since we got home. Prague is absolutely beautiful, there's so much to see and the people are really lovely - I'd urge anyone (Kaz!) to go. We lived on goulash, strudl and beer, and cakes from the wonderful bakery by our hotel (which I would also highly recommend). We walked a lot, visited the castle and cathedral, various museums, walked some more in the parks and had a very interesting visit to the Museum of Communism, something we both only really knew the basics of before but what an eye opener that was!

We came home to an immaculately clean and tidy house!

Ally, I'm so glad to read that your Dad is on the mend.

Hope you're feeling better now Crommers!

Ossie, how exciting - that 9 months has certainly flown by though! Hope all goes well xx

Have a good day all!
